“NHIDCL Resource Pool Portal” is a digital platform where applicants interested in being engaged by NHIDCL can register their profile in the prescribed format and which will be maintained by NHIDCL, or any agency authorized by it. This portal shall be in compliance with the principles of equal access, and open competition and facilitate transparent selection of Young Professionals and Expert Professionals.
Any interested individual who meets the eligibility criteria for engagement with NHIDCL as a Young Professional, Expert Professional, or Person of eminence may register on the portal by visiting https://nhidcl.com/resource-pool
To register, the applicants are requested to follow the below mentioned steps:
a) Enter your Full Name, Mobile Number, Email Address, and Date of Birth.
b) Verify your mobile number and email address by clicking on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
c) After submitting, you'll receive an email with a profile verification link.
d) Click the link and set your password to complete the registration process.

Registered applicants can log in to the portal using their email address and password. After logging in, profile information can be updated by clicking on the “Applicant Profile” link.

The portal is maintained throughout the year and updated as and when new requirements arise in various verticals or divisions of NHIDCL.
No. After registering on the portal, the applicants can create their profile with up-to-date academic, professional, and other details as mentioned in the portal. NHIDCL shall use this pool of profiles to shortlist applicants as per its requirements from time to time. The requirements of the organization shall be posted on the portal as advertisements only for the information of the applicants. In certain cases, if an adequate number of suitable profiles are already available in the Resource Pool Portal, NHIDCL may, at its discretion, consider applicants from the existing pool without any further public advertisements.
If your university or college is not listed in the drop-down menu while filling the Education Details section, you may select the option “Other” and manually enter the name of your institution.
If the competitive exam you have appeared for is not listed, you can select the “Other” option and manually enter the name of the exam.
In case the CGPA-to-percentage converter is not available with the applicant, the applicant can convert the CGPA using the following formula:
Percentage = (CGPA achieved / Maximum CGPA on the grading scale) x 100
For example, if the applicant has achieved a CGPA of 5 out of a maximum CGPA of 8 on the grading scale, then the converted percentage shall be:
Percentage = (5 / 8) x 100 = 62.5
In case the CGPA-to-percentage converter is available with the applicant, the same shall also be uploaded in the portal along with their marksheet.
Yes. Applicants can edit their profiles anytime after the final submission. However, only the latest information available at the time of internal shortlisting and subsequent process shall be considered.
No. Once shortlisted, the profile on the portal shall be marked as “Shortlisted” and shall not be editable until the end of the process. To request updates, contact the Helpdesk at xxxx[at]xxxx[dot]xxx. NHIDCL may or may not accept such requests.
No. All applications must be submitted through the NHIDCL Resource Pool Portal. Physical submissions shall not be accepted until specifically mentioned in the advertisement.
No. Only completed educational courses shall be mentioned in the Education Details section of the profile form.
No. Profiles not updated in the last one year, from the date of the last successful submission of the profile, shall be archived, and shall not be considered by NHIDCL for suitable opportunities. It is advisable to regularly update the profile to ensure consideration for relevant opportunities.
Notifications regarding shortlisting and the further selection process shall be sent to the applicant’s registered email address and mobile number. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Open opportunities shall be advertised on the NHIDCL Resource Pool Portal, NHIDCL website and shall also be published in leading newspapers.
Detailed minimum qualification criteria shall be mentioned in the advertisements as released by NHIDCL from time to time. General qualification guidelines are also mentioned in the scheme document for easy reference of the applicants.
No. In case the applicant is engaged through this portal under the applicable scheme, and their current tenure duration as per contract is complete, their profile shall be made active on the Portal and shall be considered for any relevant opportunity as part of the resource pool and as per the discretion of the competent authority. It is the responsibility of the applicants to keep their work experience and other details as mentioned in the portal up to date.
No. In case the applicant is engaged through this portal under the applicable scheme, and their maximum tenure duration as per contract is complete, their profile shall be made active on the Portal and shall be considered for any relevant opportunity as part of the resource pool and as per the discretion of the competent authority. It is the responsibility of the applicants to keep their work experience and other details as mentioned in the portal up to date.
In the absence of an experience certificate, the applicant may submit the following alternative documents:
a) Appointment letter
b) Last three salary slips, as applicable
c) Self-declaration detailing your work experience.
The selection of the applicant in such cases shall be provisional and subject to submission of relevant experience certificate at the time of joining.
In case the applicant’s degree certificate is pending, they can submit a provisional degree and/ or a bonafide certificate from their institution confirming the completion of their course requirements.
Retired Government employees can submit documents such as retirement orders, last pay certificates, or service records as proof of work experience.
Yes. NHIDCL employees can create their profiles in this portal to be considered for relevant opportunities. However, once the applicant is engaged through this portal under the applicable scheme, their profile shall be marked as “selected”, and shall not be considered for any other opportunities under the applicable scheme
Utilization of any data obtained during the applicant’s tenure at NHIDCL for any purpose such as research requires prior approval. The applicant must seek permission from the competent authority before using any such data.
